The key attribute of Anand's role as a Technology Evangelist in the company involves driving a focused vision to build & grow IT Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) business for the company. He spends a lot of his time in getting the right mix of technical resources with a view to addressing the technology requirements of the company’s customers and ensuring technology expertise resides at every level. Providing the right opportunities and platform for the team and motivating them to act in a concerted manner with a single minded focus on the customer is a major part of my Anand’s role. His role can rightly be called a mix of being an ambassador and a change agent.
Anand has the ability to communicate newer ‘ideas’ to his audiences. As a technology evangelist, he engages with customers regularly, works along with the sales and delivery teams and helps identify new opportunities that offer significant growth potential for HCL.
