He has the ability to deliver value-added services that can differentiate the customer experience which in turn will improve operational efficiencies to lower costs and increase revenues. Satyen is responsible for driving the X 86 businesses in India and South Asian markets, expand client and partner base. He is entrusted with the task of making IBM the preferred vendor of choice for any organization’s infrastructure needs.
Today, IBM is no.1 with 32.5% market share in India x86 server market in Q4 ’12 and no.1 in overall server market with 36.7%. To keep up with this trend, in 2012 IBM offered “Designed for Any Ambition” campaign for partners and customers with a set of focused solutions. IBM System x servers are designed for growth, innovation, market leadership or whatever the business goals of an organization may be.
