Nitin Hiranandani is of the view that a technology evangelist must be able to build a direct bridge between technology and a user’s need. Keeping this in his mind, he works with his team to propagate the new advancements in imaging and printing technologies to his customers and channel partners. He has a thorough and in-depth understanding of not only technologies and products, but also, and more importantly, end-user needs and requirements.
The widespread adoption of cloud computing and mobile devices has resulted in the changing role of a printer. There is a need of seamless integration of the imaging and printing infrastructure to seamlessly integrate with the core IT infrastructure. Here Nitin’s role as a technology evangelist to correctly match customer requirements with the right product or solution has been well appreciated.
