With rich experience in Telecommunication Optical Core technologies R&D, production and Sales, Uday has an uncanny knack of adapting to latest technological discoveries and thinking to lead the technology innovation. As a true technology evangelist, he constantly interacts with his customers to know their pain points, take them to his innovation centres to build the technology to resolve their problems and educate his customers with the latest trends in the technology.
Uday has been working in Telecom Industry for last 23 years and in India for about 20 years. He has worked in the areas of R&D, Production, Testing of Optical core and access products in India and abroad. He has contributed to TEC Specification drafting of Optical Core Transmission products like DXC, OXC, DWDM over this period and successfully validated more than 10 types of products.
