
Teleperformance has completed the acquisition of Intelenet for $1 billion. By acquiring Intelenet, a high-end business services and digital transformation solutions provider, Teleperformance is significantly strengthening its added-value Specialized Services business.
The transaction, announced on June 14th, 2018, was approved by regulatory authorities. Intelenet financial accounts will be consolidated by Teleperformance as of October 1st, 2018.
