Encouraging women in tech leadership fosters diverse perspectives, fueling innovation, inclusivity, and transformative advancements across industries. When I joined Honeywell, women made up 15-18% of the workforce, now 1.5 times higher. Yet, untapped potential remains. Flexible work boosts job satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, enabling women to thrive while fostering inclusivity and productivity for employees and organizations alike.

My journey

With a Computer Science background, my unexpected journey into technology at Honeywell began in Aerospace, where avionics initially felt unfamiliar. Over time, I developed a passion for aviation, leading strategies for cockpit display validation and evolving from a Tools & Technology COE strategist to a technology leader in Analytics & Automation. As a woman in leadership, I overcame perceptions by confidently sharing ideas, delivering results, and fostering inclusivity. By tackling challenges head-on and valuing diverse perspectives, I built a leadership style grounded in respect, collaboration, and measurable success. 

My Strengths 

My passion, accountability, and courageous mindset have driven my career. Embracing both success and failure fuels growth, while an inclusive leadership style fosters collaboration and respect. This blend of values empowers me to overcome challenges, achieve success, and confidently navigate new professional opportunities.
