My journey
My journey into technology has been both purposeful and rewarding. With a foundation in computer science and a passion for problem-solving, I’ve advanced through diverse roles in software engineering and product management, gaining experience in startups and established enterprises. A key milestone came in 2013 at Hitachi Systems India, where I’ve held leadership roles such as Business Head and now Regional Business Head & Senior Vice President. Highlights of my journey include driving strategic initiatives at Reliance, IBM, and MIEL e-Security, complemented by the transformative Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard. Adaptability, strategic thinking, and inclusive leadership define my success.

These attributes have been instrumental in navigating challenges, driving innovation, and achieving success in the dynamic world of technology. Each strength has allowed me to contribute effectively to my teams and organizations, fostering growth and delivering impactful results.
