ZTE appoints Sachin Batra as CMO
ZTE has appointed Sachin Batra as the chief marketing officer of ZTE India.
Sachin will head both sales and marketing for its smartphone B2C business. Sachin Batra comes with a rich and varied experience of over 25 years in the areas of sales & marketing, business development, relationship management and team management. Batra has previously worked with Ingram Micro and HT Media at lead roles. From important leadership roles in sales & marketing at Swipe Telecom to general management responsibilities at BrightPoint India, Batra has evolved as a respected leader in the telecom industry.
He has an admirable track record for successfully building core competencies in people, business transformation and efficiency in operations. Sachin Batra, chief marketing officer, ZTE Mobile Devices, commented upon his appointment, "This is a very exciting time to be a part of the ZTE story in India.
