3Pillar Global recognized on The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces 2014 List

3Pillar Global has been named to The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list for 2014. The list recognizes private, public, and non-profit companies or government agencies in the greater Washington area that foster excellent workplace environments. More than 2,000 employers across the region were nominated and evaluated on factors including quality of leadership, pay and benefit practices, and work-life balance.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
