Andersen Consulting has entered into a collaboration agreement with Hilal Technology, a regional digital services provider, in a move aimed at strengthening its capabilities across digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise AI. The partnership brings together Andersen’s global consulting footprint with Hilal Technology’s deep technical expertise and operational presence across the Middle East and India.
Hilal Technology operates in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and India, delivering a wide range of digital infrastructure and managed services. Its portfolio covers cloud computing, cybersecurity operations, enterprise AI solutions, systems integration, ERP and application implementation, and the development of generative AI capabilities. Backed by a team of more than 250 specialists, the firm supports customers across financial services, oil and gas, logistics, government and other critical sectors.
