Blue Star Infotech Limited has successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP at Komli Media, which is Asia Pacific's leading digital media technology platform. The implementation is helping Komli Media in fortifying their existing services by gaining control over core business processes, perfecting supply chain and at the same time helping employees to perform effectively across Asia Pacific.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a quick to implement and easy to use multi-language and multi-currency business management solution that aids small and medium enterprises in managing their people, supply chain and finance. Blue Star Infotech is a Gold Certified Partner of Microsoft Dynamics (recognized partner for over 10 years) and holds a record of over 100 successful implementations across various industries.
Blue Star Infotech implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV in seven countries in South-East Asia for Komli Media. The partnership helped Komli Media in bringing about a single unified platform for managing accounting system and consolidating financials across the globe. It assisted in automating generation of Campaign Profitability Report which helped in tracking profitability per sales order or campaign. Blue Star Infotech also developed a Campaign Tracker System integrated with the invoicing system to monitor ad inventories consumed by a particular client and automatically generate invoice at the end of the month. The system also tracks the cost of inventories purchased from various websites and networks. With the help of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Komli Media was able to detect and consolidate multiple currency transactions into single currency, maintain accounts for a particular location in its local currency, manage the accounting rules & regulations and also generate MIS (Management Information System) reports in USD (US Dollar). Blue Star Infotech also created a system to trace the sales performance of a team and calculate incentives.
As a result of the solutions implemented, Komli Media was able to save approximately 8-10 man days every month.
Talking on the occasion,Sunil Bhatia, CEO & MD, Blue Star Infotech said, “Since the beginning of our partnership in 2010, our relationship with Komli Media has outgrown a regular vendor-client association. We have been supporting them through the rapid development phase, entailing their organic and inorganic growth and global expansion.”
