CRM Business expanded, SMB Market focused
2012-06-07Bhea Technologies has unveiled customer relationship management (CRM) business expansion plans for the Indian SMB market. Bhea has a strong focus on the SMB market by implementing 100+ CRM projects in the Indian SMB segment with domain specific industry solutions in manufacturing, IT/ITeS, BPO, education and real-estate sectors. Focusing on their expansion spree, Bhea has opened an office in Singapore to cater to the increasing overseas business demands, especially from the Asia Pacific region.
Adding to their expansion strategies, Bhea has added 2 new products to their existing products portfolio: Vertical CRM solutions for real estate, manufacturing and IT/BPO sectors, which are quickly deployable and commercially viable, domain-specific CRM solutions, based on the world-renowned SugarCRM platform; and Asterisk Telephony solutions integrated with SugarCRM, which offers an end-to-end telephony with CRM solution for support centre and call centre environments.
Ram Kumar, Director, Bhea Technologies Pvt Ltd, said, “With over 60% of our customers from the SMB market, we are now strengthening our channel partners in the tier 2 and 3 cities to achieve our target of 75% customer base from the SMB market. We are also working with the IBM's mid-market team to introduce additional solutions for the SMB market in India.” Further he adds, “We are a leading industry expert in the open source technologies like Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) and provide comprehensive, cost effective solutions to all types of businesses from small to large scale business organisations.”
