Cyberoam has launched CR10iNG, "the fastest and most affordable UTM (Unified Threat Management)" appliance for SOHO/ROBO markets. The appliance aims to extend enterprise- level network security to small and branch offices, making them future-ready for security needs. Cyberoam CR10iNG features the company’s flagship Layer 8 Security, is centrally manageable via Cyberoam Central Console (CCC) and Cyberoam’s on-Cloud Management Service and is compatible with iView – Cyberoam’s Open-Source logging and reporting solution.
Managing security at remote offices and branch offices (ROBO) remains a unique challenge for enterprise IT and security service providers (MSSPs). Lack of onsite IT security staff and budgetary constraints further make it difficult to find security solutions that are adequate, cost-effective and easy to manage.
