An example of the booming mall culture in the country is an exclusive high tech electronics mall which is being built in the commercial heart of Delhi. This mall is going to be set by Delhi based reseller Unique Infoways. The venture is going to be one of its kinds. It is proposed to be located in Delhi’s Nehru Place Metro Station spread across 35,000 sq ft. This mega mall will be named as HOT (House of Technology). The mall would be in operation 24x7. HOT is expected to be operational from January this year.
The mall will have an array of products showcasing more than 100 global brands covering IT, cameras, mobiles, LCDs, Music, SME solutions, retail solutions, security & surveillance, printing & imaging, gaming, ACs, office electronic equipments, grooming products, tablets, softwares and Projectors.
Several unique services will be offered to the end customers from IT companies, telecom and consumer electronic brands. The mall will be equipped with conference hall, product launch room, hot spots, live demonstration center and all the world-class products and latest technology. HOT is expecting to have 12,000 footfalls every day. Having all electronic products under one roof giving price and technical comparison, with highly competent trained man power will help customers to take buying decisions.
Starting from investment in acquiring the land and promoting to complete infrastructure will be done by Unique Infoways. Bangaluru based Designing and Consulting Company Idiom has taken up the project of designing the mall. Fifteen huge hoardings will be placed in the exterior of the mall for better visibility from everywhere in the commercial hub of IT, Nehru Place.
It is likely that the company is planning to open two more HOT mall in Mumbai and Hyderabad in this year, whereby it will expand the reach of its small-multi branded stores e-future from three to thirteen next year in Delhi-NCR.
