(NASDAQ : DELL)DELL |Quest Software has signed a strategic three-year managed services agreement with Espire Infolabs. Under thisagreement, Espire Infolabs will provide OPEX (Operational expenditure-Operational excellence) based Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions to the customers in India and the APJ (Asia-Pacific Japan) region using DELL| Quest Software’s Foglight platform. This will enable organizations to lower the operational cost and improve compliance with application and end-user SLAs (Service level agreement insight).
With the increasing complexity of platforms, networks and access, maintaining applications experience needs transition from reactive management to proactive engagement. Espire Infolabs has made considerable investments in DELL| Quest Software’s Foglight technology and built a strong team of experts who are adept at providing implementation services and ongoing support to customers on Foglight. As part of this pact, Espire will build a services model around Foglight to provide customers with managed services option to enable them to use Foglight for their APM needs.
