HTC Global Services is gearing up for exponential growth in the coming years. It is opening a state-of-the-art development center in Chennai to house 4,500 employees in order to support its ITO and BPO growth. In addition to its highly talented workforce of 6500+, HTC Global Services plans to recruit 10,000 employees globally over the next few years.
The new facility situated in Vandalur will provide outsourced services for many of HTC Global Services’ clients. This new facility will also be equipped with HTC Global Services’ best practices using in-house tools and technology, frameworks, and reusable proprietary components. It aims to distinguish itself with innovative operations providing significant process efficiencies and cost savings to customers.
HTC Global Services has been actively recruiting new leadership and senior level industry experts. Recently, the company has brought on board an industry veteran Shami Khorana as the Executive Vice-President for corporate strategy and marketing. Shami has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and in his last role he served as President of the US arm of a multi-billion dollar IT services company. At HTC Global Services, he is responsible for business strategy, marketing, building a sales force of seasoned professionals, to enable aggressive growth.
