Intel India has announced the launch of the Xeon E5 v3 to strengthen its global Software- Defined Infrastructure (SDI) approach. As the global technology shift drives Enterprises worldwide to move from a hardware-driven Infrastructure to a Software-Defined Infrastructure, the Xeon processor E5 v3 family-based platforms will be used in servers, workstations, storage and networking infrastructure offering industry-leading capabilities to enterprises.

Bharat Shah, Global Product Head – Securities Trading, TCS BaNCS, Tata Consultancy Services, elaborated on how the Xeon E5 v3-enabled TCS to take advantage of the latest generation of the Intel Xeon E5 processor family to build its competencies to architect and design enterprise solutions.
