ManageEngine debuts Voice Enabled App for users

ManageEngine has launched the speech-driven mobile application for the IT help desk, the ServiceDesk Plus voice-enabled iPhone app. The app includes powerful speech recognition technology to let IT professionals manage the entire lifecycle of help desk incidents - from executing commands and dictating notes to assigning or closing out tickets.

The innovative and easy to use voice enabled Help Desk iPhone application will help the IT professional to be productive on the move.”

The Voice-enabled IT help desk mobile app built from Nuance Communications will offer an interactive, Siri-like user experience. This app performs spoken commands such as Dictate tickets, edit tickets, reply to tickets and also close them and execute voice-to-text data entry. 

 

In addition to the voice features ServiceDesk Plus iPhone app enables the users of iPhone touchscreen to create new tickets, categorize, and edit request details .It also helps the users with a resolution and closes the ticket, track the time spent on tickets using Work log, customize the request view and update the status of the requests.

 

The ServiceDesk Plus iPhone app will be available in the Apple App Store free of charge with ServiceDesk Plus by  March 2013.
