We support our partners in maximising their results by offering the most optimal storage solutions and services to the end users, and also through innovation. We have developed the award-winning Seagate SkyHawk Partner App, a first-of-its-kind solution for video and imaging applications that supports our partner community across the Indian market. The app helps partners with calculating the storage needs and investment required in real-time and assists with online warranty service booking, tracking facilities, and instant connectivity to SeaCare centres. As of the last quarter, our app has received over 44,311downloads (Android and iOS) and more than 18,902 registrations in India. Additionally, we have the Seagate Insider partner program to connect with customers and market partners. We continue to conduct comprehensive training sessions, seminars, and co-marketing initiatives to respond to any new opportunities.
We have also established dedicated partner programs such as "Seagate Regional Meets" and "Seagate Surveillance Weeks," including the "SkyHawk Surveillance Week," which brings together a few hundred partners stores from multiple cities to share exceptional peer insights and expertise in business strategy, innovation, and leadership.”
