PwC Names Nora Wu as Global Human Capital Leader

PwC announced has made an announcement that Nora Wu has been named Vice-Chairwoman and Global Human Capital Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited.

Wu took up the position effective July 1, 2014. Ms Wu is currently PwC Shanghai Office Senior Partner and Central China Markets Leader. She also serves as a Human Capital Leader for PwC in the Asia-Pacific region and as a member of the region's executive leadership team.

"Nora Wu brings to her new role a depth and breadth of experience that are critical to the continued success and growth of PwC," said Dennis Wu who was trained as a tax partner and has extensive consulting experience in international business and taxes, human resources and other issues. She has advised multinational companies across a broad range of industries in establishing their China investment projects, providing consultation on tax, business, M&A and human resource issues, including holding structures, market entry and exit strategies, and business expansion and restructuring.

Wu succeeds Dennis Finn who is retiring from PwC to take up the role of CEO of the advisory business at WorleyParsons, a global engineering services company.
