Ralf Reich joins Mindtree as Business Head for the DACH

Mindtree has appointed Ralf Reich as the Business Head for the DACH region to lead its continued growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Ralf takes responsibility for growing Mindtree’s presence across targeted industries including banking, financial services, insurance, retail, manufacturing, travel and transportation. This appointment underscores Mindtree’s investment in the region and further strengthens its proposition as a value added partner for European companies. Mindtree works with clients across Europe through offices in UK, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland and Germany. Mindtree’s European business contributed 28% of the company’s revenue for the year ended March 2014.

Ralf brings over 25 years of IT service experience, with a proven track record of establishing new clients and building relationships across different industries and geographies. He will be based in the company’s office in Cologne.

Before joining Mindtree, Ralf was Vice President & Regional Head DACH at Wipro and prior to this he was the Country Head for Germany. Ralf started his career at IBM in Germany and has held leadership positions at both Hewlett Packard and Unisys.
