Samsung India has awarded certificates to the first batch of Samsung Advanced Repair and Industrial Skills Enhancement (A.R.I.S.E) training program. The A.R.I.S.E program is taught at Samsung Technical Schools that are being set up at the Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Delhi NCR, following an MoU signed between Samsung and DTE. The first “Samsung Technical Lab” was set up at Sir C. V. Raman Industrial Training Institute at Dheerpur, Delhi.
Arun Mishra, Additional Secretary, Department of Training & Technical Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, said, "My congratulations to the students. I am happy to see corporates such as Samsung coming forward to provide youth an opportunity to gain skills needed to meet the demands created by the industry, while making them readily employable."

The first batch of students on the A.R.I.S.E program saw 78 enthusiastic students receiving training on various aspects of repair and troubleshooting for consumer electronics products such as mobile phones, televisions, home theatres, home appliances and their related accessories. These students also had a chance to visit and understand how Samsung Service Partners work. 48 students have been provided employment at the Samsung Service Partners in NCR, and the remaining students to be considered for additional positions as they come up.
