SOCOMEC UPS INDIA organizes Green Power Day
2011-11-28SOCOMEC UPS India has organized "Green Power Day" seminar in Bangalore. The seminar was attended by CIOs, CTOs, consultants, facility managers, system integrators and business partners. The topic of the seminar was how to maximize the investments using a high-efficient UPS, followed by a technical session on how the UPS work on its environment. During the technical seminar, Socomec presented the recent Green Power range completion of 10 to 400kVA, with innovative 3-level technology inside.
SOCOMEC UPS applied this idea to develop a complete range that offers unique characteristics. This is the 3-level topology that, when applied to uninterruptible power systems with double conversion technology, makes it possible to achieve maximum energy efficiency, equivalent to 96% (certified by Bureau Veritas and TUV SUD), while guaranteeing total load protection at all times and in all conditions.
Jerome Rodriguez, Managing Director, Socomec UPS India, said, "With more than 40 years of specialist experience, we are the first manufacturers to take an active approach to improve the energy efficiency of our UPS systems and sign up the European Commission's code of conduct, which shows an example of our commitment. It is also our great endeavour to educate our business associates, existing and future customers about the technical aspects of our products through these kinds of seminars and we continue to do so."
