Tech Data joins hands with Supermicro to serve Indian market



Tech Data has signed a partnership agreement with Supermicro in India. Supermicro is a Global Computing Components (GCC), a provider of specialized component-based solutions within Tech Data. This agreement will allow GCC to distribute the full line of Supermicro SuperServer, SuperBlade, and MicroBlade servers, in addition to their Virtualization and Software Defined Storage Solutions.


Supermicro develops and provides end-to-end green computing solutions to the data center, cloud computing, enterprise IT, big data, high-performance computing, and embedded markets.


Commenting on behalf of Tech Data Mohit Jain, Vice-President, Tech Data GCC, APAC, said, “We continuously look to expand our offering of integrated data center solutions to help our customers provide new and innovative products and services to the market.
