Warwick Valley Telephone Company, referred to as WVT Communications Group, the parent company of leading cloud communications pioneers has appointed David J. Cuthbert as President. Cuthbert will continue to serve as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. The management change effectively separates the President and Chief Executive Officer roles, which had been held by Duane W. Albro.
