Hikvision launches HikCentral Lite + AcuSeek, ushering in a new era of AI system performance

Hikvision has announced the launch of HikCentral Lite (HCL) v1.1.1 with AcuSeek—a next-generation software platform that brings real-time AI video search and unified system management to facilities of any size.

Now embedded in HCL, AcuSeek transforms how teams manage video surveillance, access, and alerts—delivering fast, natural-language search, on-device AI, and multi-site control in one powerful, easy-to-deploy platform. The latest release (HCL v1.1.1) also includes the PC NVR, a new video storage option that simplifies local recording and enhances system flexibility.

The launch marks a major milestone in Hikvision’s shift toward software-centric, cyber-physical security system (CPS) solutions, helping integrators and end users build smarter systems with lower complexity and greater return on investment.
