2025-08-08
Running on XOS 15 (Android 15), the Infinix GT 30 5G+ features AI tools, the XBoost AI Suite, and a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip with 16GB RAM, plus 64MP dual rear and 13MP front 4K-capable cameras
Infinix has unveiled its latest mid-premium offering — the Infinix GT 30 5G+, aimed squarely at India’s rapidly growing mobile gaming community. Priced from ₹17,999 (inclusive of launch offers), the device introduces several segment-first features and boasts console-level performance and a bold, gamer-inspired design.
The GT 30 5G+ is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, delivering over 779,000 in AnTuTu scores. One of the phone’s standout features is its GT Shoulder Gaming Triggers, offering tactile, responsive controls for competitive gameplay without cluttering the display — a first in its price segment. The device is also Krafton-certified to run BGMI at 90FPS, a feature that promises smooth and immersive mobile gaming experiences.
Anish Kapoor, CEO of Infinix India, stated, “Gaming in India has become a lifestyle. Today’s gamers demand real-world performance, cooling efficiency, and a bold design that mirrors their personality. The GT 30 5G+ addresses all these needs while making flagship-grade gaming more accessible.”
The phone sports a Cyber Mecha 2.0 Design with customizable White LED lighting that responds to calls, music, charging, and notifications. It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz touch sampling, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. TÜV Rheinland certification ensures reduced eye strain during extended use.
Camera performance is handled by a 64MP Sony dual rear setup, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 13MP front camera — all supporting 4K video. AI-powered editing tools, including AI Eraser and AI Extender, enhance user creativity.
Battery life is a major highlight with a 5500mAh capacity, supported by 45W fast charging, reverse charging, and Bypass Charging for lower heat generation during gaming.
The phone runs XOS 15 based on Android 15, offering a range of AI tools and three years of security updates along with two major Android upgrades. It also introduces XBoost AI Suite, featuring game optimization tools like Esports Mode and real-time voice modulation.
The GT 30 5G+ will be available on Flipkart starting August 14, in Cyber Green, Pulse Blue, and Blade White. Launch prices are ₹19,499 (128GB) and ₹20,999 (256GB), with promotional offers reducing the effective cost to ₹17,999 and ₹19,499 respectively.
